How do you keep before/after skin colours accurate?
We white-balance each clip to a neutral reference, match exposure and contrast between before and after, and never adjust the treated area independently. If the original footage was shot in different lighting, we tell you rather than fake a match.
Do you need patient consent for before/after videos?
Yes — you do, in writing, and we'll ask. We only edit before/after footage where you confirm consent exists. We can add a 'consent on file' note to the caption.
Can you edit close-up skin footage from a phone?
Yes. Phone macro footage is often over-sharpened and colour-shifted; we soften the artificial sharpening, correct the tint and stabilise. Shoot in natural window light for the best result.
What dermatology content actually books patients?
Before/after with a short explanation of what was done, and treatment walk-throughs that reduce fear. Ingredient explainers build the audience; before/afters convert it.
